Let Otto handle planning, design, and permitting. After you get permits, you can opt in for our hassle-free construction and project management service for peace of mind from start to finish.

Phase 1
Plan
We complete a site inspection and review of the ADU's basic plan, finish, and fixture decisions. You'll receive a detailed proposal with a comprehensive scope of work and transparent pricing estimates.

Phase 2
Design
Your feedback gets incorporated into a full drawing set that brings the ADU to life! You'll get to review the set during a documentation review before signing off on the final design.
Phase 3
Permit
We assemble all the required documents to apply for permits in your local jurisdiction. Otto handles feedback from local agencies, and we keep you updated via your online Homeowner Portal.
Phase 4 • Optional
Build
Otto can also manage the entire construction process. We obtain exclusive bids from our vetted contractor network and select one to work with. You'll receive progress updates every step of the way.
