Homestead now lives on helping homeowners subdivide their lots under California's new Senate Bill 9.

Sarah
Sarah leads our Delivery team that links processes across Sales, Design, and Construction. She has been building systems and designing buildings for the last 10 years.
Sean
Sean is the founder of Otto and has been building ADUs since 2019. He started Otto ADU with the mission of radically simplifying the process of creating high quality ADUs. Prior to Otto, Sean worked as an architect in San Francisco, China, Japan, and Mexico. He has a Masters of Architecture from MIT and a B.Arch from UC Berkeley.
Hannah
Homeowners are in excellent hands with Hannah! At Otto, she is building on her 13 years of experience leading Sales and Customer Experience teams.
